Welcome to Spice Map, operated by Bow Studios ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our application.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Spice Map, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

The Service

Spice Map is a social mapping application that lets you pin locations on a map and share them with friends. You can create pins with emojis and notes, join leagues with friends, track streaks, and discover where your friends have been. The service is available on iOS and Android devices.

User Conduct

When using Spice Map, you agree to:

• Not post explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other users.
• Not spam or misuse the platform with automated or excessive pin creation.
• Not impersonate other users or public figures.
• Keep it fun and lighthearted. Be funny, not offensive.
• Respect the privacy of others and do not share their personal information.

Content Ownership

You own the content you create on Spice Map, including your pins, notes, and profile information. By posting content on the platform, you grant Spice Map a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and present your content to your friends and other users as part of the normal operation of the service.

Premium Subscription

Spice Map+ is our premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts that post inappropriate content, engage in harassment, or abuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

Disclaimer

Spice Map is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for any awkward situations, social mishaps, or unintended consequences that may arise from sharing your location-based pins with friends. Use good judgment when dropping pins.
